BALLINA RSL CLUB LIMITED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to all members of the Ballina RSL Club Limited that the Annual General Meeting will be held in the Club’s Auditorium on Sunday, 29th October 2017 commencing at 9.30 am.
NOMINATING FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Rule 42 (a) (ii) of the Constitution of the Ballina RSL Club Limited the Board of Directors for 2017-19 will consist of five (5) RSL (Sub-Branch) Members and four (4) Associate Members or RSL (General) Members.
Nomination forms can be obtained from the Level One Functions Office from Wednesday 20th September 2017 at the Grant Street club premises between 10am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Nomination forms duly completed must then be handed to the Chief Executive Officer/Company Secretary no later than 4pm Thursday, 5th October 2017.
VOTING FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Voting for the Board of Directors will be conducted from Wednesday 18th October 2017 to Saturday 28th October 2017 (both dates inclusive). For voting times please refer to the schedule posted on the clubs website and Club noticeboards.
